Women’s Self Defence Class Schedule
Week 1 – Introduction and Arm Grabs
The best situation to be in is the one you are not in, or the one that can be defused at the earliest possibility. Failing that, the level of reaction is governed by the intensity of the attack.
When being attacked, yelling for help has been proven to be ineffective, whereas yelling BACK OFF is more like to gain the attention of surrounding people and potentially defuse the situation.
Assessing the situation including the location will influence scale of the response/defence required.
