I first practiced Tae Kwon Do as a kid for 2 years reaching blue belt before stopping and focusing more on soccer.
In 1995 I joined Master Ron’s classes at Harbord Public School. Initially, I joined up because I was interested in all forms of physical fitness. Tae Kwon Do fast became my preferred form of exercise and became an integral part of my life.
Over the years I have practiced Systema, Krav Maga, Hoshin Jutsu, Capoeira, Kumdo and BJJ.
Tae Kwon Do helps keep me focused and disciplined in my everyday life. It is a sport that you can do for ever if you embrace the core values and train smart along the way.
My primary role is to teach and I get so much satisfaction from sharing my knowledge with those who are willing to learn. I particularly enjoy teaching kids and seeing them benefit both physically and mentally.
